Larry Moskowitz, CFO
Larry has practiced law in Florida for 30+ years, beginning his career as an Assistant State Attorney/Prosecutor in Broward County, FL. He is an accomplished attorney who has handled thousands of civil cases with over 150 trials to verdict.
Scott O'Laughlin
Scott has extensive experience and has performed delicate, complex claims for wind/hail (tornado/hurricanes), fire losses, flood losses, large loss commercial claims, technical claims involving experts, and builders risk claims.

After Hurricane Harvey we had leaks everywhere, our roof was destroyed, and our clients were
in panic mode. Bret and his team assisted us through the claims process, kept our tenants

Our insurance carrier denied our claim stating that the Hail damage was only “Cosmetic” and therefor didn’t warrant roof replacement. LVS fought them for over a year and at the end, we had brand new roofs! These guys are the BEST!
A tornado came through and caused damage all over our buildings, but our insurance company didn’t want to pay out the proper amount to fix the damage. LVS sent our multiple expert teams to evaluate damage and engineers to prove that it was the tornado and not installation defect as our insurance company stated. In the end, our building is back better than ever, and we have LVS to thank for it!
